Castel Trakai is on an island. I have to walk 30 minutes through a village to get to the castle after I got off the bus. There is a delicious dessert house, a small and solemn church, an antique store and many beautiful windowsills!
The curtains are elegant flowery lace, fresh flowers on the windowsills and colourful window frames, so beautiful～
Trakai is a small castle. It doesn’t gorgeous as the Russians, doesn’t abjection as the Estonians. It just a normal tourist spot without surprise nor disappointment.
There is an open air stall in the castle. The stall keeper said all the goods are hand made by local women. There is a stunning velvet hand bag with birds and flowery pattern but I didn’t manage to buy it. It’s such a pity!
