I visited Caboolture Historic Village. Caboolture is a small town near Brisbane. This museum is people-fund. It collected things in the past 100 years like daily house used, train/bus, farm machines, army photos, prisoners’ memoir… everything you can imagine.

I like the gem section most. There were people in the studio doing their crafts. The stones are beautiful.

A bird flew in when I was about to leave. It stopped and rest on the desk in the room. The gentleman and the bird was actually old friend. He cut a slice of cheese and put in his mouth. The bird flew and took away the cheese from his mouth. Wow, Australian and wild animals are CONNECTED!!!

It was a tough challenge walking under the hot sun in the village. A people fund museum could sustain as long as people and money are here. So good!!

It would be an impossible in Hong Kong even people and money are provided.

NO SPACE.

The rent is too high.

Government shows no support. People fund museum just can’t survive. Nothing is encouraged except profitable activities (Oh, maybe patriotic is about to be encouraged) in Hong Kong.

No history, no culture, no humanity. How can people live like this?
